Hele: Carousel Music Box does not collect, store or transmit any personal information. There is no account, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, no microphone or camera use and no location.

The optional engraving and your settings (riders, tune, wind length, Sleep mode, dimming) are stored on your device only and are removed when you delete the app. They are included in your iCloud device backup if you have backups turned on; we never see them.

Purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store. We receive no name, email, card or address. Restore Purchases asks Apple, not us.

The app makes no network requests of its own. The only connection is Apple’s StoreKit, used when a parent buys or restores a pack.

Hele is published in the Kids category and follows Apple’s Kids rules and COPPA. It contains no links out of the app, no social features and nothing that opens a browser.

If you write to us from the Support page, we use your email only to reply and delete it afterwards. If you leave your email on the home page to hear about launch, it is stored by Netlify Forms and used for that one email only.
